| At HDCamDubs.Com we use Sony's CineAlta technology to downconvert your HDCAM 1080i, 1080p, 23.98p, 24p, 30p, 50i or 60i video to 4:2:2 Digital Video. Our downcoversion process offers several pull down and aspect conversion options. Typically 24p HiDef footage is down converted with a 2:3 pull-down. Aspect Ratios can be maintained as either 16:9 Anamorphic or Letterboxed. The 16x9 image can also be cropped, and we can set the cropping centered, left or right. |
| Once we have the digital video in our system, we can encode the video into Mpeg2 using the best codec and compression softare available. |
| Finally, we import the encoded video into our DVD Authoring suite where menus, chapter breaks, subtitles, and many other features can be used to make the DVD as interactive as you project demands. |
